PHYSICAL EDUCATION: (4 Months to Kindergarten)
Our P.E. classes are instructed by well-trained coaches from Stretch-N-Grow and follow the guidelines of the Aerobic &
Fitness Association of America, The American Council on Exercise, the American College of Sports Medicine, and the
American Academy of Pediatrics. They proved exercises that have been designed for children’s ever changing
development and emphasize large motor skills, coordination, balance, resistance, flexibility, and aerobic activity coupled
